Brad Jackson – President and Designer

brad@jacksonampworks.com

Since starting Jackson Ampworks in January of 2003, Brad has been the face, voice and vision of Jackson Ampworks. In fact, from 2003 to 2009 he was Jackson Ampworks in its’ entirety. During this time period, if Brad didn’t do it, it didn’t get done. All the product design, development, marketing, manufacturing and shipping was handled exclusively by Brad.

In 2009, Jackson Ampworks saw explosive growth and soon it became obvious that extra man power would be required to sustain the growth of the business as well as maintain a reasonable delivery schedule. It was during this time that Brad began building a team that would be used to take Jackson Ampworks to the next level.

To this day, with the help of our other employees, Brad Jackson is still in charge of Jackson Ampworks and continues to do the same work as he has always done but with a lot more support and help from the team. All amplifiers are still designed by, manufactured and tested by Brad Jackson before they leave the shop.

In addition to running the business at Jackson Ampworks, Brad is also an Airline Transport Rated Pilot and worked for years in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as a Corporate Pilot flying the Cessna Citation series of aircraft.

He and his wife Melissa are very involved in the music department at Gateway Church in Southlake, TX and can be seen there almost every weekend delivering high voltage rock and roll during the worship services!

Juan Kyle – Sales and Marketing Director

juan@jacksonampworks.com

Juan is a powerhouse of energy and enthusiasm and he is our dealers direct point of contact for ordering etc. Having been promoted to Sales and Marketing Director from his position of Cabinet Shop Manager, Juan is still very involved in cabinet design and wrapping cabinets in between sales calls.

Rick Jackson – Production/Quality Control Engineer

rick@jacksonampworks.com

When Rick (Dad) is not fixing something around the shop, you will find him hard at work at his personal shop building something or repairing something else. A self taught engineer, Rick can build just about anything and is an expert at repairing things most people would throw away. Needless to say he is INVALUABLE to the team and is largely responsible for keeping morale high in the shop.

Michelle Jackson – Production

michelle@jacksonampworks.com

Michelle (Mom) works alongside Rick (Dad) and populates and solders circuit boards for all the amps. She keeps Rick and Stephen stocked with boards to help speed up the final assembly of the amps.

Brian Omilion – Cabinet Shop

brian@jacksonampworks.com

Brian is our primary cabinet wrapper at Jackson Ampworks. With an extreme attention to detail, Brian is helping to turn out the best work we’ve ever done at the Jackson Ampworks cabinet shop!

Wil Campos – CABINET SHOP

wil@jacksonampworks.com

Wil works in the cabinet shop building raw cabinets in preparation for wrapping. A perfectionist by nature, Wil has elevated the quality of our cabinets tremendously and is beginning to wrap cabinets alongside Juan and Brian.

Stephen Whitten – PRODUCTION

Stephen is our latest hire and works in production building the 30W series of amps.

Simeon Neese – Production

Simeon is a student and works part time assisting Stephen and the rest of the team with production.

  1. Howdy folks,
Hope you had a great Independence Day celebration.

Saw the Shawn Tubbs demo of your Mc Fly, and had to stop in to check out the site.

That is a great sounding amp, and one which you folks can be proud of!

Thanks for keeping the revival of great tube tones alive and well.

    Sincerely,

    John Chase

p.s. You have been added to my list of “Amp Builders”
