Ordering Information

Before ordering your new amplifier, we would like to personally invite you to contact Jackson Ampworks by phone to discuss your new investment in tone. Because discussing tone involves many subtle aspects, we feel that the time taken to discuss our products over the phone will result in a more educated purchase, and a more satisfied buyer.

Before ordering, please note that our delivery time can and will vary depending on the backlog at the time you contact us. Because of this, delivery time can vary from as little as 1 week to as much as 4 months. Please contact us before ordering to determine our current shipping schedule.

If at the time of your order we have an amplifier that is ready to ship, we will require 100% payment before shipping. However, during times of backlogs as mentioned earlier, we will request payment in the amount of 50% of the selling price to secure an amplifier in your name, and at that time we will determine an estimated time of arrival for your amplifier. Upon completion of your amplifier and before shipment, we will request the remaining 50% of the selling price, as well as the shipping and any other fees associated with your order.

Should you need to cancel your order, we will refund any payments you’ve made less a $100 cancellation fee.

Payment Information

Jackson Ampworks accepts credit card payments through Visa, Master Card, American Express, as well as most other major credit cards. We also accept payment via Postal Money Orders, Wire Transfers and PayPal.

Credit card and PayPal purchases are subject to a minimum service fee of 3% (4% International). Wire transfers are subject to a $15.00 service fee. These service fees are non-refundable.

Before making payment, we urge you to contact us directly to discuss which payment method would best serve you.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs are not included in the item prices listed and are calculated via a combination of the weight and size of the item, as well as the destination to which the purchased item is going. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Shipping for all orders is handled via UPS using any available shipping schedule they offer. In order to minimize any damages done during shipping, and ensure the safe delivery of your new investment, we strongly recommend that you consider purchasing a Jackson Ampworks Flight Case for shipping. Due to the often hazardous shipping environment, these cases are being offered as yet another service to protect our customer’s investment during transit.

Our custom made flight cases are absolutely the highest quality, most durable flight cases available, and will protect the amplifier, and maintain its condition and appearance for years to come. Because of their construction, these Flight Cases will protect your new amplifier far better than a cardboard container ever could, and will provide the added benefit of being water proof to further protect your new investment from the elements.

For international orders (non-contiguous US), the purchase of a Flight Case is strongly recommended.

Shipment in Flight Cases is reserved for amplifiers and cabinets only. Accessories and other less sensitive items will be packaged in a manner deemed appropriate by Jackson Ampworks management.

Return Policy

Because we are musicians ourselves, we know that a musician often needs to play test their new equipment under known conditions in order to determine if this new piece of gear will fulfill their tonal needs. Because of this, all products purchased from Jackson Ampworks are accompanied by an extremely generous 7 day trial period.

The 7 day trial period begins the day the product is received. To request a return, the purchaser must contact Jackson Ampworks expressing his/her intent to return the item within the 7 day trial period.

If buyer chooses to return an item within the 7 day trial period, the buyer will receive a refund minus all shipping and service charges incurred, and minus a 10% restocking fee provided the product is returned in undamaged and resalable condition. Refunds will be issued only after the product has been returned and inspected by Jackson Ampworks management and found to be in undamaged and resalable condition.

If the returned product is found to have damages, a refund will be issued at the discretion of Jackson Ampworks, in the amount of the products selling price minus the cost to replace/repair any damaged components of the product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of damage, negligence or abuse. Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping, shipping fees, processing fees and any damage that may occur upon return of product to Jackson Ampworks.

Jackson Ampworks has the right to refuse refunds and exchanges after the 7 day trial period. No refunds or exchanges are made after 7 days, unless specified in writing by Jackson Ampworks management.

Warranty Information

Each Jackson Ampworks amplifier comes with a fully transferable 3 year warranty.

Jackson Ampworks amplifiers are guaranteed to be free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date the product is purchased. During this five (3) year period, Jackson Ampworks will, at our discretion, repair or replace the unit free of charge, if the item is returned freight prepaid to and from our service facility.

Jackson Ampworks does not warranty its products from issues related directly or indirectly to acts of God, general abuse, mishandling, dropping, inappropriate voltage applications or use of any Jackson Ampworks product in any application other than the amplification of a signal originating from an electric guitar. Modification of Jackson Ampworks products will void the factory warranty.

Some parts found in Jackson Ampworks products, including vacuum tubes and speakers are NOT covered by the guarantee listed above, and are only guaranteed for a maximum of 90 days.

Warranty related repairs must be performed directly by a Jackson Ampworks technician, unless prior written approval is received by the original owner from Jackson Ampworks, authorizing an outside service center to perform the warranty related service.
