Warranty Information
Each Jackson Ampworks amplifier comes with a fully transferable 3 year warranty.
Jackson Ampworks amplifiers are guaranteed to be free of defective materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date the product is purchased. During this three (3) year period, Jackson Ampworks will, at our discretion, repair or replace the unit free of charge, if the item is returned freight prepaid to and from our service facility.
Jackson Ampworks does not warranty its products from issues related directly or indirectly to acts of God, general abuse, mishandling, dropping, inappropriate voltage applications or use of any Jackson Ampworks product in any application other than the amplification of a signal originating from an electric guitar. Modification of Jackson Ampworks products will void the factory warranty.
Some parts found in Jackson Ampworks products, including vacuum tubes and speakers are NOT covered by the guarantee listed above, and are only guaranteed for a maximum of 90 days.
Warranty related repairs must be performed directly by a Jackson Ampworks technician, unless prior written approval is received by the original owner from Jackson Ampworks, authorizing an outside service center to perform the warranty related service.
